General Description of the Research Project Sub-optimal management of common and distressing nutrition impact symptoms (NIS) could be improved with personalized nutrition intervention. This international multisite cohort study will identify therapeutically targetable nutritional biochemistry and dietary intake profiles to address NIS during chemotherapy in 850 participants from Australia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. This will be the first study to measure inter-country differences and cancer-specific personalized nutrition therapeutic targets to improve patient-centered nutrition care during chemotherapy. This research is pivotal in guiding the future change in chemotherapy-related NIS illness trajectory.
